Sales Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.
All items in our shop are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
Production and Shipping
Please allow approximately one week of production time before your order ships. Delivery time will vary based on your selected shipping method and location.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us at hello@theangelreese.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the email address used to place the order, a photo of the issue, and proof of purchase. We will provide a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method at our discretion.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
All discounted and sale items are final sale. Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
Gifts
All sales are final. If you believe your gifted item arrived damaged or defective, please have the original purchaser reach out to us at hello@theangelreese.com.
